Episode 102 - Layered Shots (Part 2)
In this second of two episodes focusing on layered shots, Druu shows you how to pour a Hard On, a Chocolate Cherry and two versions of the Duck Fart.

Yeah, yeah...we know. The name Duck Fart doesn't seem very chick-friendly, but believe us...it is one yummy drink! And speaking of yummy, the delicious Crissy Saenz joins Druu again in this episode as co-host and drinking buddy.

Hard On

1/3 shot Kahlua or other coffee liquer
1/3 shot Amaretto
1/3 shot Irish Cream

Pour coffee liquer, then Amaretto and Irish Cream into a shot glass. Use a spoon, pouring the Amaretto and then Irish Cream into the spoon just above the liquer already in the glass, allowing the liquer you're pouring to lightly overflow into the glass. This way, each new layer of liquer will sit separately on top of the liquer under it.

Chocolate Covered Cherry

1/3 shot Kahlua or other coffee liquer
1/3 shot Grenadine
1/3 shot Irish Cream

Pour coffe liquer, then Grenadine and Irish Cream into a shot glass. Use a spoon during pouring to help layer the ingredients. Once you prepare this drink, make sure it is immediately drank. It is delicious, but if it sits then the Grenadine will cause the Irish Cream to start curdling.

Duck Fart

1/3 shot Kahlua or other coffee liquer
1/3 shot Irish Cream
1/3 shot Whiskey

Pour coffee liquer, then Irish Cream and Whiskey into a shot glass. Use a spoon during pouring to help layer the ingredients. If a 1/3 shot of Whiskey seems too strong, then cut it back and just top the drink off with a little bit instead. For a slightly different taste, try substituting Vodka for the Whiskey.
